欧盟发布水泵的生态设计要求草案

　　2011年7月25日，欧盟委员会发布有关水泵生态设计要求的法规草案。草案规定了用于抽吸清水的叶片泵(包括与其它产品一体化的)投放市场的生态设计要求。依照框架指令2009/125/EC，不符合这些要求的产品将不允许在内部市场上市或投入服务。

　　根据草案的规定，水泵的生态设计要求将分两个时间段进行实施：

　　从2013年1月1日起，水泵的最低效率指标MEI≥0.10;

　　从2014年7月1日起，水泵的最低效率指标MEI≥0.40。

　　此外，草案还规定了水泵上应标注的信息要求：自2013年1月1日起，水泵的技术文件以及水泵制造商网站上应清晰的标明以下信息：

　　最低效率指标MEI≥[x. xx];

　　信息的标准式样为“The benchmark for water pumps is MEI≥0.70”或“Benchmark MEI≥0.70”;

　　生产日期;

　　制造商名称或商标、商业注册号以及生产地;

　　产品型号;

　　带平衡叶轮[xx. xx]的液压泵效率(%)或标注[--.--];

　　包括水泵效率特性的泵的性能曲线;

　　信息的标准式样：“The efficiency of a pump with a trimmed impeller is usually lower than that of a pump with the full impeller diameter. The trimming of the impeller will adapt the pump to a fixed duty point, leading to reduced energy consumption. The minimum efficiency index (MEI) is based on the full impeller diameter”;

　　信息的标准式样：“The operation of this water pump with variable duty points may be more efficient and economic when controlled, for example, by the use of a variable speed drive that matches the pump duty to the system”;

　　产品相关的拆解、回收或处理信息;

　　仅设计为-10℃下使用清洁水源的水泵的信息标准式样：“Designed for use below -10°C only”;

　　仅设计为120℃下使用清洁水源的水泵的信息标准式样：“Designed for use above 120°C only”;

　　信息标准式样：“information on benchmark selection efficiency is available at [www.xxxxxxxxx.xxx]”;

　　制造商网站上应提供消费者选择不同水泵类型的基准信息。
